Don't usually do these but left feeling a bit frustrated. Had tuna and avocado sandwich and a pesto tomato veggie sandwich, a London fog and white mocha frappacino. Food was great as was the man who served us our sandwich behind the food window. The cashier (female) however was rude and snotty-essentially just full attitude mode even though we were polite and attempted to be cheerful with her. People like a smile, a thank you and to be treated like valued customer when spending $40 on two drinks and two sandwiches. We tipped anyway since the other employees who were lovely don't deserve to be shorted due to a co-workers bad mood. She was also really short with another coworker behind the desk, basically ordering him about regarding our coffee prep. Sad to see since customer service has taken a dive in many businesses in Kingston and it's incredibly important since we are all paying more for less....the least we can do is try to keep each other still feeling valued as a customer with our service provision.
