Subject: Issue Regarding Wi-Fi Access for Non-Turkish Customers Dear [ Coffee de Madrid Rize], I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your coffee shop and ordered a coffee totaling 1000 Turkish Lira. During my visit, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, but the staff member informed me that the service is only available to Turkish customers. As a paying customer, I was surprised to learn that the Wi-Fi service is restricted based on nationality, as this seems inconsistent with standard customer service practices. I would appreciate it if you could kindly clarify this policy and consider offering Wi-Fi access to all customers, regardless of their nationality. I value your establishment and would like to continue enjoying your services, so I hope this matter can be resolved fairly. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your response. Best regards. Price per person: ₺1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
