CoffeeHouse is your typical American-style fast food spot with a local twist: a large menu in perfect Spanglish that mixes açaí bowls with chicken wraps and protein pancakes. Its concept revolves around “healthy” American-style meals, without leaving out sweet cravings like gluten-free brownies or high-calorie frappés. The all-day breakfast menu is one of its highlights, especially for those looking for more than just the basics. We went for breakfast and the food was ok. We ordered the Pastri Sandwich, the Croissant House Sandwich, omelette, Montecristo and the Ham&Cheese Club. It’s not a place for those seeking culinary authenticity, but rather for those who want fast options. There was an error in my order and according to several online reviews, mistakes like this seem to happen quite frequently.
