Eating at Coffeelink Ltd with a wonderful view of Long Shop Museum will be a beautiful experience for customers. Delicious coffee is the best drinks of this place. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The nice service shows a high level of quality at this spot. According to the guests' opinions, prices are reasonable. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is pleasant. Coffeelink Ltd scored 4.5 in the Google rating system.

Moved to the area and discovered what I thought was an independent coffee shop. After speaking to a co op staff member I found out CoffeeLink isn’t an independent store and they have several shops scattered about. I went to visit the Woodbridge store. The store was very nicely laid out, much brighter and more up to date interior, however the staff aren’t nearly as friendly. Leiston staff are bubbly, friendly and very efficient. The store can get busy with builders and Sizewell workers especially at lunch time, but you’re never waiting long. They bring the orders over which is lovely as I wouldn’t be able to manage with my bad hands and I don’t feel lost standing amongst the lunch rush. The cakes always seem fresh, along with the scones. After visiting Leiston store several times, I noticed the same staff members working. It wasn’t until I overheard regulars talking that I found out the reason why. The girls are working long hours due to short staff and covering their bosses holiday after his wife had a baby. Having a baby is a blessing but so is having hardworking staff members. CoffeeLink should be very grateful and appreciative to have such hard working staff in their Leiston store. I will keep coming in because of the staff and the coffee is lovely. Tables were dirty, chairs & tables all over the place , sat in, food was on paper plates, cups takeaway ones.only one person working. Didn’t get what was ordered . Hardly any cakes or cold drinks to choose from. Won’t be going again !!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £1–10
