At After You Dessert Café Bangkok in INT-INT, the seasonal Mayong Chid shaved ice is a must-try. The ice is incredibly soft and fluffy, almost like fresh snow, and topped with beautifully ripe Marian plum slices that are sweet with a gentle tartness. The fruit is fragrant and perfectly fresh, and the dessert feels light and refreshing rather than overly sweet. A fantastic seasonal treat in Bangkok. This is the style of kagigoki I usually enjoy, and I’ve had it many times before. Unfortunately, it used to be much better—the ice now tastes noticeably less flavorful.
