We had a large party attend brunch at Cold Springs Cracker Barrel this past Mother’s Day. Our order was partially delayed with half the food coming out then the other half after a wait. The manager, Brian, did a fantastic job taking care of the situation. We appreciated his hard work and understanding. So my 5 stars are for manager Brian! Thank you. You deserve a raise! I really enjoyed the new updated version of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. As soon as I walked in, it was bright and very welcoming. The store seemed well-organized, the hostess had a smile, and my party was sat right away. The waitress that served us was very polite and kind and made sure we had everything when we needed it, I believe her name is Nini, I recommend her. Overall, the experience and service was quite wonderful.
