I had the best experience at Cold Stone thanks to Kali! She made my birthday cake and it turned out absolutely beautiful. You can tell she puts so much care and professionalism into her work, the decorating was flawless and honestly exceeded my expectations. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted incredible too! Kali truly went above and beyond to make my birthday special. I highly recommend asking for her if you want something done right. Thank you again for such an awesome job!

First time and it was decent. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Pricing was affordable and you get what you pay for. Will I go back? Probably not. But that's just me, I'm picky. I think for most this would be a great place.

I went to Cold Stone in Conroe Texas. They didn’t have the cake theme I wanted. So, Kali, the store manager, personally created a theme from scratch. It turned out perfect! Thank you for taking good care of us. Definitely 5 stars!!!
