The employees are very welcoming and friendly. I wish they would have a wider variety of flavors, but it doesn't matter because I love my regular flavor chocolate cake batter! I appreciate that they are conscious of cross contamination with nuts and when informed, they take care of you. Kudos

Ice cream is always great but the girls working here were miserable. It's an ice cream shop not a morgue. Not welcoming at all, very short with customers and just overall devoid of any sense of customer service. Didn't feel like the bathroom or sitting areas were very clean either.
