I stopped by during my lunch break to pick up ice cream sandwiches for my staff, which has kind of become a regular thing for me. Everyone at work looks forward to them, so I always try to swing by when I can. This time, they had actually run out, which was a bit of a bummer at first—but what really stood out was what happened next. When I asked if there was any way they could make more, they didn’t hesitate. The team was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to put together a fresh batch for me. You don’t always see that level of customer service, especially during a busy time of day, so it really meant a lot. And honestly, it was worth the wait—the ice cream sandwiches were absolutely delicious, fresh, and just as good as ever. My staff loved them, as always. It’s little moments like this that make a place stand out and keep me coming back. Great service, great treats, and a team that clearly cares about their customers.

I am extremely shocked and dissapointed with the experience I had today. As I walked in the door, I took about 5 steps in, I hadn't even gotten halfway through the store before the woman who was working asked me "what can I get you" in a rude tone. I hadn't hadn't even gotten to the order station to look at the ice cream yet. I immediately felt rushed & like I was inconveniencing this worker. Once I told her what I wanted, I asked for a bigger size before she started mixing in the toppings & she gave me an annoyed look & angrily put the extra ice cream down. she immediately started mixing my ice cream as fast as she could & when I asked for more brownie she again acted annoyed while continuing to be silent towards me. she then asked the male worker to ring me up which he did while she finished making my ice cream. once I was done paying she walked over with my ice cream in her hand, stood about 5 feet from the register counter, reached over & slammed my ice cream down on the counter so far I had to reach over the register to get it. she didn't make eye contact with me at all or hand me my ice cream. she rudely slammed the ice cream down all the way across the counter & walked away. I then requested a bag to which she rolled her eyes & grabbed the bagged opened it & held it in front of her & I again had to reach over the counter to grab it. Finally I said "yeah, hope you have a great night" & was again ignored & not acknowledged. I was never greeted or thanked once. I was treated like an inconvience & like I was bothering this lady for her having to do her job. I was very kind as I always am because usually the workers are here amazing. but this woman's attitude was so bad I don't know if I'll ever come back. I've visited this location probably over 100 times & all the employees have always been amazing. I've also left stellar 5 star reviews before, but after my first time back visiting after 6 months the customer service I experienced was so bad I had to write a review. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I'm not sure what changed since the last time I've been here, but it seems that the people who were working night shift have little to no customer service/people skills. I paid $18 to get treat horribly & to get home & my ice cream not even be full or properly mixed. Hopefully the manager or owner will check the camera footage & correct this employees behavior. I came in on 2/19/26 at 940pm wearing a pink zip up sweater & blue leggings. There was one male & one female worker. Very sad when people are so miserable they take it out on paying customers. also, 6 months ago I left a 5 star review raving about the employees under the same name. if you ask the employees who I am they will know. I am a loyal customer & am truly appalled by my treatment here tonight.
