Goddaughter really liked her ice cream. The workers seemed to not care as much but whatever, we enjoyed the ice cream

Unbelievable. Spend $80 on ice cream for the families and both bathrooms are “for employees only”. Shame on the owners for not having a bathroom for patrons. We won’t be returning.

Liyah was not very friendly and sold me something I did not order. I clearly ordered a small signature portion but got and had to pay for a medium portion. This is the one sad part. The other disappointing part is about price transparency. The signature mixes are clearly marked with a price below the picture that shows the specific product in a cone. At the end I was charged almost $3 extra for the cone without being told that this would be at an additional cost. It's also not being shown anywhere. And as I got a bigger portion which I didn't order, the price for the bigger cone was even higher. I am really unhappy and will not return. Avoid this place!
