I wish I could give zero stars. Having a great day with family and wanted to end the day with my favorite ice cream. I don't think I will ever step foot in here again. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was so grossed out and also stunned by the employees being so nonchalant about it. Atleast five flavors in the front of the case had dead gnats in the them and around the outside of the containers. When I told the young lady working there she was just like "yeah sorry about that" and was waiting for the rest of our order. When I asked if she was going to do anything about it she just looked at her co worker then back at me proceeding to shrug it off. I told her she can keep the ice cream she had already prepared for the start of our order and we walked out. 6/13/26 @ approx 8:45/8:50 PM.

Horrible. Ice cream was melting and dripping all over the cup and table. Lousy service, the worker was so ill-mannered. The bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper. Just gross and horrible. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

This will be my last time ordering from Cold Stone Creamery. Ordered a Tall Dark and Delicious cake for Christmas. The cake was suppose to have brownie and Oreos. I was Just vanilla and chocolate ice cream. So so disappointing. For the money you pay for these cakes you should of at least see or taste it. NOPE. Never again.
