I hate to leave a bad review, but I walked in the store and there was a lady in the back took her a few minutes to even just asked me what I want, she was super impatient and a little bit rude. I wanted to pay cash, but she said that she wouldn’t accept it, not sure why. The ice cream feels and tastes like cool whip. 7.24 for a small with no toppings is insane, and the tip options were 1,3,5 dollars.,, for a 7.24 small ice cream. If it was good and she was nice I would’ve atleast left a dollar. Will not be coming back

Saw them putting old ice cream on top of fresh ice cream. I think that's reason the new crew's ice cream is not good as the precious crew's. The flavor and freshness has fallen off. And the lady server didn't pleasant to order from.

So today is my friend Eric bday!! And he loves cold stone creamery ice cream cakes and we had a Reese’s cake made for him. His wife Jessica was assigned to pick up the cake but when she arrived the cake said “Happy BIRATHDAY Jessica Rigsbee”COMPLETELY WRONG AMD THE PARTY WAS IN DURHAM NC!! I called the store to report the issues and a young girl that answered the phone had no idea of what to do and said the store manager Bob (no last name known or given) was unavailable. I asked for the next person in charge and she said no one else could assist me. She said I can bring the cake back to Raleigh NC for them to rewrite the name, which I cannot do bc again the party is in Durham NC. I was told that I could not get a refund and that I was basically out of luck. No one took responsibility for the mistake bc the girl kept blaming whoever wrote on the cake, which she nor anyone else knew who decorated the cake! I’m highly disappointed in the customer service I received this evening! And you’ve lost a future customer!!!!
