The staff let's homeless people hang out in the restaurant, not the sanitary and family friendly environment that I would expect.

Negative million stars. I love the ice cream, but the customer service was awful. When I requested that my ice cream be placed in a cup with a waffle, the employee had the audacity to tell me that I didn't order it that way and then stared at me with what felt like disgust. To make matters worse, my ice cream was placed in the bag upside down, leaving it smashed and mixed up. The experience became even more disappointing when I asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Ione, simply stood there and watched while the employee treated me disrespectfully. As I was leaving, they were talking to each other and laughing, which felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I enjoy the ice cream, but the poor customer service and lack of professionalism from both the employee and management left a very negative impression.

I've been to Cold Stone Creamery several times but not had the ice cream until my last visit. I had the Thin Mint and it was fabulous! Thank you to the Cold Stone Creamery Visitor's Center employees we met at breakfast who gave us free coupons to try it. I would definitely go back on my own dime again.
