It's worth visiting this fast food for nicely cooked chocolate custard, strawberry ice cream and creamy cakes. Chocolate frappe lovers will find it good. Cold Stone Creamery is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Most guests think that the dishes are offered for attractive prices. If you do not pay much attention to surroundings, disgusting decor won't spoil your evening. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

So generally we have had no issues here. We come here about 2 times a week, we are excited about the lactose free icecream. my wife and I are lactose intolerant her far far more so, it can make her ill for several days. I had to remind the employee this time to add the oreos he walked back and plopped 3 full sized oreos into the shake, not the usual way it is done but whatever didnt make a big deal mission was accomplished either way. As she had a rough day and wanted to get her a special treat and figured Id get myself one as well. Wife gets shake when I get home she takes a taste asks if I got dairy free cause it tasted a lot thinner than normal and was a bit off I said yes and I drank mine it did taste off and figured taste bugs where off today (generally have a lot of trust in people following Dietary restrictions). Wife commented a few times more decided stop drinking it as it was really thin we drank way faster than normal and she got really ill and called the place as I started to feel it as well to get it comped and be done with it as I did not want make a big deal about it figured guy was new. Wife would possibly be out tom we will see. This is how that went and why I make this review. No manager available to comp "well checked 'my' employee said he made it with silk are you sure" "are you sure there was nothing else that could have made her sick today" "well he said he made it correctly" "I can have 'my' employee apologize to you?" "well I don't know what you want me to do about it" I have never seen such poor leadership, willingness to throw your employee under the boss, refusal for a food company to own a mistake on a food allergy incident. This was just disgraceful and disgusting. Lack of care and professionalism. Still want my comp.

This location is poorly managed and the employees are even worse. The last two times I’ve gone in to get ice cream, they’ve been completely out of chocolate ice cream. This wasn’t 5 minutes to closing or anything either. It was at 7:30-8:00. When asked about it, the employees just shrugged and said they weren’t making any more. Save your money and go to a location that can actually keep staple products in stock.

They were out of cookie dough ice cream which is what four of us went in to get so we all had to choose something else. The employee seemed like he was off somewhere else in his mind and not really interested in customer service or performing his job with enthusiasm. I doubt I will ever go to Cold Stone creamery ever again.
