Had such a great experience! The ice cream was delicious and Mel was so kind, patient, and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about customer service and made the whole visit even better. Definitely coming back again!

Not only is the ice cream consistently fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor, but the service truly sets this location apart. From the moment I walked in, the team was warm and welcoming. One moment that really stood out was when I couldn’t decide between two flavors — instead of rushing me, the staff offered samples with a smile and gave helpful suggestions based on what I liked. I ended up with a custom creation that was absolutely perfect (shoutout to the Birthday Cake Remix with a twist — game changer!). It’s clear the team here really cares about their customers and takes pride in creating a fun, friendly atmosphere. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk through the door. This location deserves all the love — I’ll definitely be back!
