Went last night around 10:30ish, yes I get it soon to closing time however we were never greeted 2 girls acting like they were extremely busy when there was no customers, they still didn’t acknowledge us. After one with the lip piercing was done doing whatever she finally realized she had to do her job and asked us if we were ready we tried to order 2 smoothies and turns out the machine “was not working” for a minute I felt like I was at McDonalds due to the horrible customer service. Long faces, not friendly and they looked like they hated their job.

This Place Is The Best, I Been There for The 2nd Time, I Love The Kind Of The Ice Cream With Banana And Cookie Dough, And My Favorite Toppings Are Kit Kat, Walnuts, and Snickers are my Favorite, I Would Love To Go There Again, I Would Say Thank You To The Employees that gives me the best Taste Of Cold Stone Creamery.
