Collage is pretty near First Congregational Church Historic Structure. The inattentive staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this restaurant. Nice service is something visitors like here. The uncomfortable atmosphere is what guests don't like at Collage. This place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Food with mediocre at best most of it was pre-made pre-packaged reheated food way overpriced but the service ladies they were very nice and pleasant. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

(Restaurant is currently called Collage @ Courtland Grand Hotel for this review). Food is good for what it is and the restaurant itself has a comfortable setting. Everything appeared clean and kept tidy but however, the service? Not so great depending on who is helping you. My first visit there was a very polite waitstaff and I enjoyed my time dining there. All other visits thereafter was a slightly shorter lady with very curly hair on that shift who was the one to greet and seat me and she clearly had that attitude of not having interest in serving you. She dropped a cover to a coffee carafe on the ground when she was refilling it and what did she do? Didn't bother replacing or washing it, just shakes it and places it back on the carafe clearly to come in contact with the next coffee pour with whatever was on the ground, yuck. When it came to checking if anyone else needed a refill on their coffees, etc I was always the only one ignored including bringing me my check for goodness sake.
