Collection was the closest restaurant to where I was staying. Ambience wise, it was like fine dining. People were all dressed up while I was just wearing shorts from backpacking but they still welcomed me. The server was good and the team was very accommodating. I just felt sad that they messed up my order. The salmon was undercooked. It was well done in the outside but cold and raw inside that I have to send it back to the kitchen. The panna cotta was hard that my dessert spoon bounced when I try to scoop it. That’s why I’m giving it a 4/5 dining experience since they were not all bad.
