Very poor hospitality and service from start to finish. The rooms we had pre-booked were not suitable for the number of people in our group, and the actual schedule did not correspond to the reserved time.
We were kept waiting for 30–40 minutes without any explanation, only to be given a partially dirty room that was completely inadequate for the number of people in our group.
Everything was so disappointing that we ultimately decided to leave and move to another, better restaurant in order to celebrate our special occasion. Unfortunately, this place completely failed to meet our expectations and turned what should have been a pleasant celebration into a very frustrating experience.
It’s a shame that we were so frustrated and upset that we didn’t even think to take any photos.
Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
