From the moment we arrived, La Collina set the tone for an exceptional LUNCH. The front desk reception was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of first impression that immediately tells you you're in good hands. The terrace itself is a triumph of setting. The view is nothing short of breathtaking — one of those panoramas that makes you stop mid-conversation and simply take it in. But La Collina doesn't let the view do all the work — the food more than holds its own. The tuna tartare was a masterclass in freshness and balance: clean, precise, and elegantly presented. Then came the Chateaubriand — cooked to perfection, tender enough to cut with a glance, with a depth of flavour that reminded you why this classic never goes out of style. It arrived at the table exactly as ordered and stayed that way to the very last bite. What tied the entire lunch together was the service. Our waitress was an absolute gem — attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being showy, and blessed with the kind of natural warmth that makes guests feel genuinely looked after rather than merely served. She elevated the experience from excellent to memorable. La Collina is the rare restaurant that delivers on every front simultaneously — setting, cuisine, and hospitality.
