Terrible service experience I ordered crepes to take away for my two children. While waiting for the order to be prepared, we sat down at an empty table. There were plenty of other tables available, and we were only planning to sit there while waiting for our takeaway order. The manager came out and literally told us to leave the table. I explained that we were waiting for our order and that we would leave the moment we received it. Instead of showing any understanding or basic courtesy, he was extremely rude and insisted that we could not even remain seated on the chairs while waiting. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly and disrespectful customer service. We were paying customers, we had ordered food, and there were plenty of free tables. Absolutely terrible service and a very unpleasant experience. I strongly do NOT recommend HELADOS Coloma.

Extremely disappointing experience I have rarely experienced such poor customer service. I ordered two pancakes to take away and was told to wait for my order. The preparation took an unnecessarily long time, so while waiting I sat down at an empty table. A manager then approached me and told me that I had to wait standing up, despite the fact that I was a paying customer and there were plenty of free tables available. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable and unnecessarily rude. I have never understood how asking a customer to stand and wait, while empty tables are available, can possibly be considered good customer service. The food may be one thing, but the attitude of the management completely ruined the experience. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, not made to feel as though they are an inconvenience. Very disappointing. I definitely will not be coming back, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects decent customer service.
