Very bad. I booked through booking.com 2 days before, I want to confirm and I called that time and next days but they didn’t answer , I put message but no reply but they accepted my booking it was confirmed but when I go there I can’t find the place then i called no answer again i called they answered and they said hotel closed I asked why are you didn’t call me or message me they said they did. But they didn’t I came from 7 hours travel from my place it’s far. But they simply replied hotel closed. Service: 1
