I consistently have a great experience at 26 Thai in Politan Row Midtown, but what truly keeps me coming back is the level of service Malik provides. He goes above and beyond every single time I order. I follow a plant-based lifestyle, and Malik takes the time to clearly walk through menu options, explain ingredients, and suggest modifications without hesitation. That level of care is rare. He does not rush the interaction. He listens, understands, and then recommends dishes that have honestly been spot on every time. It makes a difference when someone is not just taking your order but actually helping you enjoy your meal. Because of him, I look forward to ordering here, especially when I see he is working. Great food is expected. This level of service is not. Malik is a standout and a real asset to the team. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Very worst and moody cashier who is taking the order. Doesnt have any basic knowledge on the food on the menu and very arrogant when replying . Food tastes good but the staff there makes difficult to go there Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
