We stayed here for Jamfest weekend, and everything was fine with our stay, but our daughter left her baby blanket in the room (and her jamfest blanket) that blanket had been in our family for 40 years! My aunt that passed away made it. We called multiple times and they “don’t have either one of the blankets” SERIOUSLY? It didn’t VANISH. Lazy staff, COMPLETELY unhelpful. I have a hysterical little girl who is devastated. I’m guessing they threw it away, we even offered cash for it. UNBELIEVABLE
