The room smells, there is cereal on the carpet and there is a drawer in the refrigerator that has some scum in it

2 out of 3 rooms that we were given were not even cleaned. I was mortified. Housekeeping staff need training. Found frozen hamburger in freezer of room fridge, poop stains in toilet, full chips on floor, Q-tips and receipts on floor, crumbs on bedside table, Bed not even made in “cleaned” rooms. Not very friendly staff at front desk although lady did give us a clean room third time around. I will not be staying here again!!
