Never heard of a hotel that doesn't have business cards or envelopes. These are basic paper products. Staff also not familiar with transportation options.

THE HALLWAY CARPET (BOTH FLOORS) WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. STAFF AMD PARTICULARITY THE MANAGER WERE VERY NICE. NOT SURE I WOULD STAY AGAIN; EVENTHOUGH WE ARE ELITE MEMBERS OF CHOICE PRIVILEGES .
