Can’t beat the location - few mins walk into town. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed that reception was open till 9pm. Breakfast very basic - a few cereals, bread & spreads and some eggs and sausages. For $10 though, good enough. The rooms are very tired but we had a heater in both rooms and power points everywhere. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom could definitely do with a Reno. We didn’t really spend any time in the room as we were out and about so it was fine. Location was important for us and so this place was fine for a few night stay. Did not feel unsafe as another review mentioned. Did not hear the other guests either. You can hear the road occasionally but it didn’t bother us. TV in living and in bedroom with connection to Netflix etc. Service: 5

Smooth arrival experience, stayed at deluxe twin with the family. Breakfast is at value price now $10, totally worth it. Will come back again. Service: 5

Well just as things where looking up for this place it seems they have taken a major step backwards. I was originally told the old manager Russell was taking some time off when I stayed at the end of March but now i've been told has left and been replaced by someone who obviously has no idea about customer service or what a clean towel is. A overflowing garbage bin greating you as you enter reception, no towel rail in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, a power point hanging out of the wall and staff that are clearly only there because they are cheaper to employ. I hope the old management team have moved onto bigger and better times you guys will be missed!!! Service: 1
