If I could give it a ZERO I would. The whole reason I booked this property was for the pool and hot tub. I called to confirm they were open and operational before I booked. Upon our check in we were notified that the pool area was closed do to chemicals being unbalanced. She said we could use it the next day. Next day we were told it would not be available until Monday (we checked out on Monday) We were told to call the la quinta to see if we could use there pool and the guy laughed and said it was full of La quinta guests. We thought the room was ok. I found a piece of paper with a phone number under the bed. You could hear people in next room easy and their TV was easily heard from our room also. Next time I will stay at the Marriott next door. I do not recommend this property. The staff lacks customer service skills.
