Any comic book geek who's headed to Hermosillo should make a stop at Comicx in the Galerías Mall. This is the chain's original location, as I confirmed by email before visiting (and in person, shortly after trying one of their pizzas). The service is prompt and friendly, and while you're there you can check out a lot of comic book kitsch, like life-size Captain America and Joker figures. The chain has its own proprietary superhero characters as well, and you can buy souvenir shot glasses with their faces and mini-bios printed on them.
