We also appreciate your suggestion about offering mini fridges as an optional add-on. At this time, we're not planning to add additional mini fridges beyond those already available, as the size and layout of some of our rooms make it difficult to accommodate them. That said, we're always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience, and it's certainly something we'll keep in mind as we continue making updates in the future. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed our central location, the historic character of the building, the comfort of your room, our complimentary coffee and hot cocoa, the excellent water pressure, and the friendly service from our team. It's especially wonderful to hear that housekeeping made such a positive impression. We also sincerely appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. Since your stay, we've added mini refrigerators and microwaves to all of our standard guest rooms, making it easier for guests to store medications, keep beverages cold, and enjoy leftovers during their visit. We've also installed newly built window screens throughout the hotel, so guests can enjoy fresh air without inviting unwanted bugs inside. As a historic building, many of our original architectural features—including the single-pane rope pulley windows—have been carefully preserved to maintain the hotel's unique character. While these windows are an important part of the building's history, they don't provide the same level of sound or temperature insulation as modern windows. We understand this can make street noise and seasonal temperatures more noticeable, particularly in our downtown location. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of air conditioning, radiator placement, and parking. While some aspects are inherent to our historic building and downtown setting, feedback like yours helps us continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience while preserving the character that makes our hotel special.
