I’m a regular customer and often come here to study for long hours. I ordered a mango frappe (30 AED), and found a piece of plastic inside. I informed the staff, and it was taken away immediately without explanation. I did not take a photo of the plastic, but this can be verified through the café and kitchen cameras. Without asking me, they made a new drink. I clearly and immediately said I would not pay and was told that was fine. However, when I tried to leave, I was followed and pressured to pay because they had made a replacement I never requested. I was put in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation and ended up paying. I was also charged 31.5 AED despite the menu stating 30 AED, with no explanation. I can confidently say that COMO Café serves the best coffee I have ever tried in my life. The velvet coffee in particular is simply outstanding – rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Their breakfasts are also excellent, far beyond what you’d expect, with quality and presentation on par with high-end spots. It’s almost surprising that such a place is located in a quiet, less crowded area, because the standard of food and drinks here is truly impressive. The staff are very polite and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you appreciate great coffee, delicious food, and a calm atmosphere, this café is a hidden gem worth discovering. Price per person: AED 100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
