If the rating doesn't do it, these few words should: WORST (KARAOKE) EXPERIENCE EVER...
Since the first moment into the place, Said (one of the owners I guess) couldn't help but welcome us with a comment around dress code. Next comes the waiters who were not friendly at all and not welcoming. Then the sound quality was really unbalanced and at times when it was okayish, the volume level was there to distort the sound. On top of all of the above, comes the time when the karaoke host (Joe) comes over to build the karaoke playlist, and even if You are friendly and request to sing many songs he finds a very unfriendly way to remind you that he is the KING of the night and the group will NOT sing more than 3 songs. All of that until singing starts... This is when you get confirmation that the sound system is extremely bad. You would wish this is the end of it until you ask the host that you would like to sing your other 2 songs (out of 3) before leaving... This is where he (Joe) becomes disrespectful and impolite!!! Simply because, as a typical egocentric person, he couldn't bare the truth we stated to him: another table being privileged by singing 5 songs when he wouldn't even accept to play our 2 songs left... He became aggressive and very disrespectful in such an unacceptable way that all 5 of us decided to leave at that point.
We thought our disappointment stopped there but it took its last but utmost stage when we saw how overpriced this place is.
Of course, I have not mentioned some of the comments shared in other reviews but that also applied to us such as the poor ventilation, tasteless decoration but with all the above you can imagine how irrelevant those are.

In short, this place is not worth your time and effort so avoid at all costs...

PS Note that I have been to hundreds of karaokes for the last 25 years... It is unfortunate that Joe distorts and surely doesn't do justice to the great work that Dolphin Karaoke Club can do.

Very bad experience!
Unprofessional staff and very unfriendly karaoke coordinator.
You are not welcomed if you're not a "regular" customer and only friends of the coordinator are "allowed" to participate in the singing.

Good for a casual night out with friends . Very nice LIVE music and entertaining. The place is small so music might be very loud. Design is less than average but I was told they are moving to a new place with bigger space and different design . Food is good ( may be appetizers better than than main course ) . Prices are very reasonable and affordable.
