The Compasses is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Democratic prices are something that should be noted about this place. You will definitely appreciate the spectacular atmosphere and terrific decor. Google gives it 4.2 so you can choose this spot to have a good time here.

First time visiting from out of the area and the food and service was excellent! Would definately recommend. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Roast Chicken

I had a lovely dinner but the sign was spelt wrong. It’s supposed to be The compasses but it was spelt The ompasses. It ruined my experience but the staff were polite and the food was nice, sadly I went home distraught after the sign incident Price per person: £1–10

Strange review to say the least . It actually says on the sign HE COMPASSES as we have lost the letter T .
