Our room was reserved for 2 evenings, a welcome note had been slipped there, chocolate, etc. by our host, we were received there, when we arrived at the reception, you said that you did not have a reservation for us, that you were no longer taking any, we went to find the person who had reserved for us and suggested that they not make a fuss and had the nerve to charge more than $125 more...to the original bill. Another person paid you for your mistake.. I do not suggest your establishment to anyone, the 2nd evening we arrived to sleep and our room door (interior access was ajar due to your mistake once again).. You have the head or exactly? After these hours of driving, we are told that you cannot give us the room, and I do not give the number... you are being tough... Your passage is also tough. We slept well that's all..
