We visited Le Comptoir Latino during our stay in Rouen. We were excited to enjoy a meal out at the beginning of our holiday. However, we were disappointed. We were greeted and told to choose a table. We sat down and were given menus. The waiter eventually came over to take our order we ordered our cocktails and then began ordering our food from the menu. The waiter then told us we could only order the shared platters not a range of the small dishes (which were the same food which came on the platter). This information should have been given to us when we were given the menu. We then ordered the large platter to share which said to choose a choice of filling for the empanadas, we asked for chicken but he said sorry only beef, so we ordered beef. When the platter came after 10 minutes it was clearly not freshly prepared food and more like the Christmas party food from Iceland cooked in an air fryer for €28. We then waited for our plates to be cleared so we could pay the bill, nobody came so we walked up to the bar to pay. Not an enjoyable experience. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
