I had my coffee machine repaired here and had a great experience from start to finish. Michael guided me through the entire process, kept me well informed with updates during the repair, and provided excellent customer service. I’m very happy with the repair result. I had previously taken my machine to another place, but they couldn’t fix the issue. Concept Coffee was able to fix it perfectly. Thank you for the excellent and satisfying service. Mick and the team did an incredible job servicing our two group commercial coffee machine. Super professional, generous and affable. The cafe is excellent too, providing some of the best coffee in the neighbourhood. Cannot recommend enough, thank you guys!
