Kind of a bar, kind of a club, kind of a restaurant. It's a busy place astetically and seems like it's trying to hard to be fun. I was just there for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I sat at the bar and ordered a ginger beer while I figured out what I wanted to eat. I landed on the Korean BBQ taco and nachos. The taco, while good, was misleading. I got none of the Korean flavors and it mostly tasted if roasted pork in hoisin sauce. Not bad but not Korean. The nachos were just weird, who puts rice in nachos?! It's not in the description and at first glance I thought it was shredded cheese. Then I looked at a clump of it on a chip and was befuddled. Plain white rice on nachos, why? It adds a weird texture, no flavor and I guess mainly acts as a filler? I can see coming back to drink at the bar, but not so sure about the menu. The atmosphere is really cool, the paint job, the upstairs, the light fixtures just make you feel like your at a hot spot. Then you get the food and drinks and everything clicks. We got the triple dip with pineapple guacamole, cheddar queso, and the street corn. It was super good we even mixed some. Big burrito, lots of filling and a big enough shell that its not falling everywhere. Our waitress was nice and attentive as well. Overall a great experience, we will be back for tacos!
