I've been twice and been delighted both times. It's very unassuming, and I had been in the same location (not refurbished) when it was Rocket Tacos. But they put out a spectacular short menu of excellent choices from the kitchen, and the staff is welcoming in a very casual and friendly way. I went there once by plan and another as a backup, and each time had great meals. The portions can be large, so two dishes might serve three people, or to avoid getting bored of a meal, swapping with others was great, too. I love the chilaquiles (which come in two spiciness levels), but they are a lot, so I swapped a taco on a friend's plate with a good portion of mine. Bonus: the chef can't eat gluten, so everything but the tortas (at last check) were gluten-free, a bonus for my spouse, who cannot eat gluten, either. It's not a focus of the menu, but they are absolutely serious about it due to the chef's situation. My wife ordered the belgian waffles, and I had a taste, and I might prefer them to the same thing made with wheat, as they were so delicious. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Mostly gluten-free menu with careful preparation

Friendly service and good vibe, but the food was just okay. The queso was bad: very bland with no spices, seemed like just velveeta. The pozole was okay, but Saint Bread’s is way better. The other food we had was tastier but very heavy and greasy. The salsa was decent, though. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here for the new brunch menu; it did not disappoint. There’s something so amazing about getting a steaming bowl of pozole on a drizzly Seattle Sunday morning. The red pozole had generous chunks of pork and all the fixings. Go check Condesa out! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
