The way I was treated by Andressa (she is the daughter of the bakery owner, maybe that's why she's such an uneducated rude person) is disrespectful. I went to the establishment to pick up the sweets I ordered for my father's birthday, when I arrived at the establishment I went to the cashier, where EVERY TIME I picked up my order, people were accumulating behind me and Andressa simply wouldn't serve me (while doing nothing) . When paying, she was extremely rude, throwing the card machine on the table for me to approach. The service was better, it's a shame that Confeitaria Rosangela has become the worst in terms of staff.
