Walking around BIFF square I noticed a cong ca phe and got excited. It's a popular place in Vietnam I went to a lot when I was there. Taste is basically the same so I'm happy. Coconut coffee is the signature must try. Counter seats and a few tables are available. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
