This bar and Portland Museum of Art can be both really attractive for tourists. Good grilled lamb, calamari and Bbq pork will impress you at the first bite. Taste tasty biscuits. This place is famous for delicious draft beer, martinis or wine.
Congress Bar & Grill is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Adequate prices are to be expected at this place. From the guests' point of view, the decor looks spectacular here. If you visit this spot, certainly, you are to enjoy the surrounding comfortable atmosphere. This bar scored 4.3 in the Google rating system.

Been here a couple times before,but tonight they really came through for me. A crowded Saturday Night. I knew it was a long shot. The place was packed. I was greated by an Amazingly Beautiful Hostess , that went over and above to find me a seat. Once seated,I was treated to service amongst the chaos,that never missed a lick. Fantastic Burger. Received my Beer and Burger in prompt time. Both were nothing less than Stellar. Again, I'd go just to see the Hostess again,lol. Sutch a Sweetie. Big Tattooed Beast of a Man assisting with tables,and I assume assisting with security. He was also a cool guy. No issues! I will be back. Give these people your hard earned monies!!! This beautiful restaurant almost fooled me. I almost did not eat here. We sat down and looked at their menu which was very small. I ordered a salad to be safe and my wife ordered a mac and cheese. Salad had such fresh vegetables and the dressing was just right. The mac and cheese was amazing. I took a few bites from my wifes plate and I almost ordered one for myself. Definitely recommend to sit outside for a beautiful view. The server was so friendly and attentive. Food and service 10/10

Nail in the coffin was the totally rude waitress tonight who was "on break" talking in a booth next to ours on her freaking speakerphone. So loud. So rude. We let it go for 15 minutes, but I finally got up to ask her to wrap it up. The place was completely empty on a Friday evening except for one guy eating a meal alone. She said, "I'll turn it down, but I won't turn it off." And with that, Congress Bar & Grill has lost a pair of local customers they've had for fifteen years.
