Great resturant! So sad it's closing. Until the 3rd of September 2022 Congress is offering a $90 tasting menu for their dinner seatings before they pack up and move into their next venture. The staff we wonderful and so accommodating. I had some certain dietary requirements and they checked in at multiple times with the menu, myself and their kitchen team to ensure everything that was presented to us was ok for me to eat. The care taken in the food they served and the true hospitality that was shown was impeccable. If you do have the chance to pop in over the next 3 weeks before they close their doors, stop past for lunch and definitely try their pork sanga and the brussel sprouts, otherwise come for dinner where their menu is forever changing but will definitely not disappoint. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$100–120 Dietary restrictions: Where possible let them know your dietary requirements in advance and they will definitely accommodate where possible.

Warm and friendly service in a lush and welcoming dining room. We dined off the a la carte menu for lunch and were sufficiently full we didn’t even need dinner! Each item was fresh and flavourful - couldn’t ask for more!
