We couldn’t have had a better meal if we tried to! And did so in the comfort of our own home. A truly perfect intimate dinner amongst friends. It was my wife’s birthday so I surprised her with a take-home meal for 4, and invited 3 of her best friends to join us. We were all blown away with how delicious and perfectly made the meal was. Walnut tacos, Cilantro rice and Mexican street corn salad. My wife is vegan and she was beyond impressed by the entire meal. Myself, an aspiring vegetarian, couldn’t believe how flavorful the walnut “meat” was, and how the “queso” REALLY tasted like cheese! This meal was for 4, but it plumply fed five of us AND we still had leftovers that got us through the weekend. Can’t ask for better, we will certainly be ordering again!
