I've been here a few times but tonight was different. Took well over an hour for our food, which they apologized but the restaurant was not busy. My food was good and my son's but my dad's steak was not to temperature as well as my girlfriends burger. When you go to a place like this and throw $200+ for food you really deserve better. It will be hard to go back there. Also just for extra, they could really pave their parking lot as it's rainy here. Price per person: ₡15,000–20,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I visited Conservatorium during my birthday trip to Costa Rica. It was amazing having a food experience centered around gastronomy and learning more about Costa Rican cuisine. My meal was fantastic, both filling and flavorful. I was able to meet Chef Chan and have a lovely conversation about her upbringing, establishing a new restaurant concept, the challenges of COVID-19, and the current success now.
