For the money you could get a fine dining experience or a different buffet nearby with better options. I think with so many dining options in Melbourne where you could spend your hard earned money you can look around Also on the night I dined which was a week day it was a little quieter and we were originally sat near a walkway so we asked if we could move. It seemed like this was quite a difficult request with a manager getting called to furfil it, even though eventually it seemed it wasn't a super busy night. We had also booked ahead and the original seating was right in the firing line of everyone walking to the food. Just something to note Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I love coming to Conservatory for buffet lunch. It is a beautiful restaurant and service is excellent. It is very popular and gets very busy so you have to book in advance. Food was delicious every time, this time I have not been for a few months and noticed a slight drop in a quality of the food. It still looks attractive just not 100% tasty anymore. I asked if there is a different chief, but the waiter advised that chief is still the same. My last visit in November’24 I would rate just under 4 stars. Service is still amazing and venue looks very presentable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $60–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
