Why is the bread so hard? I had a croissant and curry bread, but they didn't have any crunch or chewy texture. Are all of Conservo's breads like this at all stores? Bag bread sold at the supermarket is cheaper and much tastier. This is an impression from someone who has visited many bakeries.
