Eating at this cafe with a wonderful view of Japanese Communist Party Head Quarter will be a beautiful experience for clients. Trying perfectly cooked Scones is what many visitors advise. Most likely, you'll return to Contenart later to taste great ice tea or delicious milk tea.

️Fast service: 4/5 Friendly service: 4/5 Tasty food: 5/5 Value for money: 4/5 It's curious that the queue system is mainly managed through Line, almost as a way to discourage foreigners. Still, I received very good service. The desserts are delicious and absolutely picture-perfect with well thought-through flavour combinations. I missed matcha and hojicha on the menu, but I understand they specialise in tea (and then do it well). I understand that it may be stressful for dome that they need to both order both food and drink from the meny, and vacate their table after only 30 minutes, but I'd argue it is doable. Delicious shaved iced dessert! Large in size - you need to order an item per person so we ordered the vanilla chai tea as well. Both amazing. We went around 4pm and got a seat straight away. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Even during winter this place gets a line. Went there specifically for the Kakigori. They had a Japanese menu with English. They accept both card and cash. I got the Apple Kakigori and it was pretty good. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
