Just came through the drive through today at about 2pm, dude taking my order was quick and effecient, the cashier was nice AND the main reason I’m leaving the review is because he actually gave me extra cookout sauce when I asked for it. Major props to everyone on this shift. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is standard Cook Out fare—it is what it is, and when you’re craving that type of food, it gets the job done. I have no complaints about the food itself. Unfortunately, the service during my visit was a different story. The staff seemed extremely inefficient and disorganized. I received my food before I received my drink or either of my two shakes. When I asked about the missing items, I was told they would be out later. About six minutes later, I finally received my shakes. When I asked about my drink, I was told that I needed to go back to the counter where I originally placed my order to get it, despite the employee standing directly beside a drink machine. I also was not offered ketchup or a dipping sauce for my nuggets and fries, which meant making a third trip back to the counter. Overall, the food was fine, but the service made what should have been a simple experience unnecessarily frustrating. Hopefully, this was just an off day, because the level of efficiency during my visit was low. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–10
