Usually love cook out. They are hard to beat. Or used to be. The last 2-3 different ones I’ve been to have gotten terrible. This one in particular. I was stuck in line for 22 min. I am not exaggerating. I couldn’t back up or pull out due to the design of the drive thru. They had a double line and the outside line was moving right along. It wasn’t a crazy customer holding everyone up, there were 3 cars that went through before we left. No one came to tell us anything, luckily after 22 min, the car in front of me finally gave up and took off, as did I.. absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.
