Yesterday my order was wrong. Told them, got my bacon but it was undercooked and inedible. It took 20 minutes just to get raw bacon. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Cook Out Millington, TN — y’all seriously need to get your act together. The drive-thru here is an absolute disaster and has been for way too long. This isn’t a new issue—it’s been like this for months, maybe even years. The speaker system is trash. Whether it’s the busted mic outside or outdated headsets inside, nobody can hear a damn thing. You can speak loud and clear, even yell, and it still sounds like you’re underwater. Ordering here is a test of patience and lung power. I’m over repeating every word three times, screaming my order like I’m trying to land a plane, just to get the wrong items anyway. It’s not just annoying—it’s embarrassing and flat-out unacceptable for a chain this popular. You’ve got a constant line of cars and clearly no problem bringing in customers, but how about fixing the basics? This level of service is lazy and disrespectful to the people who keep your business running. As a Local Guide, I’m telling folks: avoid the Millington drive-thru unless you enjoy chaos and mystery meals. Step it up or step aside. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
